• You must be a registered entity or individual with valid government-issued identity proof to apply as a BIGFIX GIG partner.
• All information submitted during KYC must be accurate, current, and complete. Misrepresentation will result in immediate account termination.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.

• Your personal and business data is collected solely for verification, onboarding, and service delivery purposes.
• BIGFIX GIG will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your bank account details. BIGFIX GIG is not liable for failed payouts due to incorrect information.
• Commission payouts will be processed within the agreed settlement cycle after KYC verification is approved.
• Any changes to bank details after approval must be submitted through the official partner portal and are subject to re-verification.

• Partners must maintain service quality standards as defined in the BIGFIX GIG Partner Handbook and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• You agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform, or attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or payout mechanisms.
• Partners are responsible for maintaining all applicable licenses, certifications, and legal compliances in their operating region.

• BIGFIX GIG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
• Partners may terminate their association by providing 30 days written notice. Pending commissions will be settled after the notice period.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
